At Combat Arena, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Combat Arena account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear back in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip for identification.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
